Brent B. Bickett is Executive Vice President of Corporate Finance for Fidelity National Financial, Inc. (NYSE: FNF), a leading provider of title insurance, specialty insurance, claims management and information services. In addition, Brent serves as Executive Vice President – Corporate Finance for Fidelity National Information Services, Inc. (NYSE: FIS), a leading global provider of technology services to financial institutions.
As the leader of Corporate Finance for FNF and FIS, Brent has primary responsibility for all merger and acquisition activities and strategic initiatives for the companies. Brent directs efforts to identify companies and opportunities that can leverage each Company’s core expertise in various industries and that offer the potential to maximize value for the shareholders of FNF and FIS, respectively.
Brent joined FNF in January 1999. Before that, Brent was a member of the Investment Banking Division of Bear, Stearns & Co. Inc., a leading national investment banking firm, from August 1990 until January 1999. From 1997 to 1999, Brent served as a Managing Director of Bear Stearns’ real estate, gaming, lodging and leisure group.
Brent earned a B.S. degree in Business Administration from the University of Southern California in 1986 and his M.B.A. degree from the Anderson School at UCLA in 1990.
