Cascade Timberlands
Fidelity National Financial acquired a 70% interest in Cascade in 2006. Cascade currently owns more than 200,000 acres of land on the eastern side of the Cascade Mountain range in Oregon (Bull Springs – 30,000 acres, Gilchrist – 100,000 acres, Mazama – 90,000 acres).
